- An individual membership for a year goes for US $545 and a monthly payment plan is available at US $50per month plus initiation fee ranging from US $29.99- $39.99
- Annual Executive Membership of US $845 with a monthly payment plan availability at US $75 per month plus an initiation fee ranging from US $29.99- $39.99
