Bali is an amazing island located in the Indonesian archipelago. The beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, and the locals are incredibly friendly. One thing that makes Bali stand out from other tropical destinations is its lush vegetation. You can find rice paddies and gardens dotting the landscape everywhere you go.
If you’re looking for a place to relax after a long day of exploring, Bali has no shortage of lounges to choose from. In this article, we’ll give you a rundown of our favorite lounges in Bali Airport. We’ll tell you what each lounge offers, so you can decide which one is right for you.
What is an airport lounge?
Table of Contents
An airport lounge is a private space that travelers can use to relax, work, or sleep before their flight. Lounges typically offer comfortable seating, complimentary food and drinks, free Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Some lounges also have shower facilities so you can freshen up before your flight.
If you’re a member of a frequent flyer program, you may have access to lounges through your airline. You can also purchase a day pass to some lounges. Prices vary depending on the lounge and the airport, but you can expect to pay around $50 for a day pass.
Some private companies such as credit card companies and travel agencies also offer lounge access to their customers. American Express has its own Centurion Lounges and Delta has its own Sky Clubs.
What are the benefits of using an airport lounge?
There are several benefits to using an airport lounge. First, lounges offer a quiet and relaxing space away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal. This can be a welcome respite after a long flight or a hectic day of travel.
Lounges also offer complimentary food and drinks, which can save you money if you’re trying to stick to a budget. And, if you need to get some work done before your flight, most lounges have free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged.
Finally, if you’re traveling with young children, lounges can be a lifesaver. Many lounges have play areas and activities to keep kids entertained. This gives you a chance to take a break and relax before your flight.

“Spacious lounge in a small airport. Has decent food options if you’re hungry or want to munch. Also, have the primary liquor and wine. Internet is spotty sometimes”
and another user had this review;
“If LoungeBuddy had five stars to choose from I would have given 3/5. It is a comfortable enough lounge with reasonable food options. The aircon was not good and the only wine available was foul.”

What to expect from Bali Airport lounge:
As most of the airport lounges in Bali are located in the Domestic Terminal, they are usually not too big. The Premier lounge is an exception as it is located in the International Terminal.
The food and drink options are usually pretty decent with some lounges having a buffet spread while others have à la carte options. All airport lounges in Bali that I’ve listed out have Wi-Fi, TVs and air-conditioning.
Some of the other services/amenities that you can expect are conference rooms (at Premier lounge), fax machines, printers, telephones and reflexology therapy (at Premier lounge). The Premier lounge also has a smoking area.
As mentioned earlier, the airport lounges in Bali are not too big with the exception of Premier lounge. If you’re looking for a spacious and luxurious airport lounge, I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed.
That said, the lounges here are still a step up from your usual airport experience so if you have time to spare before your flight, do drop by one of these lounges to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the airport for a bit.
